Peter Pan & Wendy

The Green Mountain Union High School Drama Department will be presenting “Peter Pan and Wendy” on Friday Nov 13 and Saturday Nov 14 at 7:00 pm, in the GMUHS auditorium.  There will also be a 1:00 Matinee on Saturday Nov 14.   This non-musical  script is faithful to J.M. Barrie’s original novel, and yes, Peter and the children will ‘fly’!

When the carefree and careless Peter Pan flies into the nursery of the Darling home, Wendy follows her instincts for maternity and adventure, bringing her little brothers along to the magical Neverland to take care of the motherless Lost Boys.  Soon the Darling children are swept into Peter’s deadly battle with Captain Hook and his mostly-fearsome pirate crew.  With so much excitement, why ever go home again…..?

Tickets are available at the door, at $5/students and seniors, $7/adults, and $15/family rate.

On Friday night, Nov 13, prior to the play the sophomore class is serving a spaghetti dinner, drink and dessert for $7 per person. For families of 5 or more the per person price is $5. Dinner will be served in the school cafeteria from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
