Students taking  Leadership Studies went to Montpelier on Tuesday to collaborate with other students and teachers from Vermont. Their purpose was twofold:
1. to learn how to facilitate conversations about schools with faculty, students, and the community.
2. to find ways to increase student engagement at GM.
We had the opportunity to talk with students and teachers from Otter Valley, U-32, and Blue Mountain. GM students also worked together to explore rigor, relevance, relationships and responsibility and their role in our GM educational experience.  Learn more about this work by visiting www.yatst.com/about-yatst. This work is supported in part by the Rowland Foundation.
