GM Le Petite Cheftains Win First Place

Jr Iron Chef VT is a statewide culinary competition that challenges teams of middle and high school students to create healthy, local dishes that inspire school meal programs. The competition was held on March 21st in Essex Junction at the Champlain Valley Exposition.
The Green Mountain Le Petite Cheftains placed first in the Mise en Place (everything in its place) category. This award is for the team that shows exemplary teamwork, order and professionalism. Quite an honor to win this - congrats to the team and Jack Carroll!
